Get Involved

Nightingales on-going facilities and services are well utilized by a growing number of older persons, and recognized by the community, social organizations and the government. Most of Nightingales projects have emerged as models and are being replicated by other NGOs in different parts of the country and thereby Nightingales has made a larger societal impact.

Many are behind this remarkable growth over the years - our committed trustees, well-wishers, donors, volunteers, collaborators and the Government. Our sincere thanks to all of them.

Yet, there is a lot more to be done for the well-being of the elderly.

To continue the existing projects and to plan and execute more support systems, Nightingales is looking for more community participation, support and partnership with likeminded organizations and corporates.

If you are a socially conscious person, we need your cooperation and involvement in our efforts to ensure health, happiness and dignity to the growing number of senior citizens.

  • You could volunteer to train elders in computer skills / soft skills.
  • If you are talented in a particular skill which can be taught to the elders for income generation, you are welcome to teach them.
  • You can promote income generation for the underprivileged elders by either buying their products or finding a market for them or providing place during your fests and events for marketing these products.
  • Be an advocate and spread awareness by telling others about Nightingales Medical Trust.
